Hiyoko Saionji, the Ultimate Traditional Dancer, fell to despair along with her other classmates during the Tragedy. As a member of the Remnants of Despair, her role is in two features. Helping Ibuki with her 'rallies' or helping Mahiru create fantastic 'art' to share through out the world. These two roles are both at play in Towa City.
