Crain is the leader of a band of disgruntled men who have all lost friends, loved ones, or even their homes to the bombs dropped by "Those Who Lurk in the Sky."  

Over the years he's become ruthless in his efforts to find anyone connected to those people, and will stop at nothing to make them pay.
