Charley is normally shy and extremely jumpy towards new people other than people who are close to him. He is terrified of Eliza and always tries to hide behind a chair from her. Though he comes off jumpy and weak, he can be incredibly strong with his words.
"Sorry About that! I just have to restock the library shelves again Mr.Luella. Some of the smaller kids keep mixing up the authors and Categories." (Trying to take responsibility but gets quieter as he goes)
"Taking in fact. Your, Your a ghost! How am I Seeing you? How are you even able to show yourself? That's ridiculous. I can't even tell anyone! They wouldn't believe me!" (Rambling on and stuttering a bit)
