Elder Jotan, is the Elder Jotan is the elder of the village of Tarus and the father of Kytan Kuzemee. He is very reasonable, well calm, and very protective of his son, during the time of war. When the war came about, he trained his son his whole life, so he may protect the people of village, until he grows fear of his son's intention of the joining the ranks of the Covenant.
