The Rampart of time will relay a lot more story dialogue, the character is not human so an odd style of voice maybe good. A robotic voice may work well, best example I can think of is Futurama Femputer

Chanter 2 is part of a cult, chanting around an area in vana’diel hoping for the end of the world. 3 Lines.

HNM Camper 2 is a player in the game that is considered elite, hasn’t got time for others. The scream and act should play out that the Ellites have identified newer players around them and scream. only has 1 line which is a scream. the scream should be like that in the body snatchers
