Genkaku is one of the leaders of the Revolution and the Undertakers. He's a Buddha Priest that believe that death will be the salvation that humanity needed. He sometimes given a "blank check" in order to complete a mission with his guitar gun. But he's a patient man , "death" will come to us eventually. It just how we will die is the question.
Director Note: Genkaku is a man that preaches about death and how living the world is truly suffering. His voice will have some pastor vibes, but middle to deep fits him. Also he smokes a lot and very vulgar.
