A corrupt politician disguised as a cute anime girl. Cute but confident, she sells you products when she talks. She has certain energy when she talks, but not too many, since she always keeps her cool, so he has just the right amount of enthusiasm. I wouldn't like her voice to sound neither too cute nor too mature, but an inbetween, since she's an older woman pretending to be an innocent girl. There is an inch of sarcasm when she talks, but very subtle, like she dosn't really buys what she's saying but she dosn't care either. She can say very edgy stuff as if it was nothing.
