Takagi, despite his shrouded and mysterious appearance, he's dramatic and takes just about everything too seriously. He will only draw his weapons when they are needed- and although he has a dramatic personality he's not afraid to be blunt with someone and not caring about how that person will feel after he's blunt

Although I did enjoy the second lines, I feel like the rest of the voice was a bit too monotone for Takagi. He's always dramatic and no matter really what he says he's too much in terms of saying it. A for effort though
