Mr EMC for Monotop
Monotop is a Monokuma Unit who goes against the original programming of any other unit and is the only one to have a mind of his own. After eventually escaping the clutches of The Ultimate Despair Group, Monotop makes his way to New Donk City to make it big as a star. He runs into Tony and Loie, who he eventually becomes friends with, making them a superstar trio.
Monotop's voice is a fusion between Meowth from Pokémon and Monokuma's voice from the Danganronpa anime.

Monotop's the name, and don't you forget it. I'm one of those Monokuma bots but I ain't wantin to cause no Despair. All I want is to be a star.
