Evelyn Is the mom of the Triples Folin, Fay ad Francis. She is really strict about them dating because she had them at the young age of 16. It's not like she doesn't want them to live she is just really concerned for her three children and truly loves them with all her heart. She's very energetic and really proud of her children.
