After moving out of their hometown and into the Mushroom Kingdom, Papyrus soon became good friends with Mario and supports both him and his brother in the best way he can. Much like Sans, Papyrus here is supposed to be an interpretation of Revtrosity's version of the character. Most people think they can just do a Waluigi or Skeletor like voice and make it sound like Papyrus, but you gotta put some more "effort" into it if you will.
