Evan is the scary student council president. He is the PERFECT student and the teacher's pet. He had a twin brother but Evam ran away from home when their mother gave birth to his youngest brother Liam. He doesn't have many friends because of his intimidating appearance. Evan meets Lilith in the first ep of this series. Making him a minor but later on, they become the best of friends boosting him up into a supporting character. He will appear a ton more after the first series.
