Skipper is a short human who is part of a guild that stands for doing whatever is interesting at the time. Though they usually lean towards things that aren't inherently evil, they can occasionally partake in some things that aren't fully good. They are charismatic, energetic, and sly when they need to be. They will appear in the first chapter/episode and will likely be a re-occurring character in the future.

(lying convincingly) Okay, here's the deal, my buddy, his girlfriend recently left him, and well... he's been clinging to this necklace of hers and... It's just not healthy. The point- I'm trying to get rid of it before he gets back from work. (reassuring) I's a fine piece, and it's worth a pretty penny, but if I pawn it off in this town, he'll just find it.... I know this may seem like an odd request, but do you think you could take it off my hands?
