Olivia-Rose is very to herself. She should sound similar to her brother but she's more closed off. Her life seems to always be a tragedy
Olivia-Rose is 16, she is admitted to Pine Point Square Asylum after several run-ins with authorities, she was declared insane by the state of Illinois.
Olivia-Rose was left in foster care, she has spent most of her life in and out of psychiatric facilities due to her constant mention of prophetic dreams. The two have no clue each other exist.
