Nightmare is one of the main antagonists in Five Nights at Freddy's 4. He never appeared in the original "Hidden Lore" series. In the remake series, he will make an appearance and will be given a new voice.

This voice should be dark, deep, sinister & cruel. Although it says that his voice should be "North American", he could have any accent too but that is optional. 

His voice should be similar to David Near's impression or from UCN.
