Design— White face paint with a blue jacket to cover up his red flower. Green hair and giant, purple, floppy shoes. His nose is big and red, and he looks irritated when the scene isn’t directly focusing on him.

Character Description: Deepest, but most animated voice in the cast. Bubsy may be tall and somewhat scary, but he almost always wears a smile when shown.
