Voice: Prefer Irish/British/Scottish, but I will accept any. Lighthearted. Fascinated and in wonder most of the time. Scientific and professional... sometimes.
Personality: Friendly and intelligent. She is used as the audience surrogate to introduce the story.
Backstory: As a student of archaeology Dr. Amelia Stone has traveled to many places. Nothing could prepare her for Nowhere. She is fascinated by oddities and terrified of the unknown. In a way she feels like her entire life has led to her discovering and documenting her findings of this place.
(Narration) Everything about her emanated in a natural glow of beauty and power. I had found her. All the books and online articles documenting theories and speculations of what had become of the great Nephysera (Neff-uh-sear-uh), and I was the one to find her... Well technically I guess she found me.
(Narration) Now that it was dead, it was really quite a remarkable creature. The severed tentacle oozed more of the fluorescent blood, bubbling up in the sand and lighting up the pond’s water. I really hope this thing isn’t poisonous, I’m famished.
(Dialogue-Excited rambling. Losing any professionalism.) How should I refer to you? Pharoah Regent? Queen? Goddess? Oh you are so beautiful and...wow I can’t believe its really you. Could I, uh, have your autograph? Ooh, you probably don’t know what that means. What I’m trying to say is that it’s an honor to meet you my lady.
