Bree is Joe Winko's adoptive sister who is the biolgocal child of Joe Winko's adoptive parents. She is the only character in the movie who believes Joe Winko about the serial killers on the loose in Charlotte North Carolina. Unlike the other characters, she is concerned about Joe Winko.
