Phoenix:

Design— Phoenix wears a small red dress and has blue skin. Her eyes are pure yellow, and she has short orange hair. Most of her features are human like, though she does have a viper tongue and sharp teeth. Always carries a clipboard. Pink high heels.

Character Description: Phoenix is the Devil’s secretary; she’s incredibly nervous, and always on her feet. She never tells the two men in charge when something feels off, and keeps her mouth shut, in fear of disrupting the meetings.
