Design— A sad, white theatre mask covers his face, though a little bit of it can be seen at certain angles—it is red with scars on the inside. He wears a red suit, as opposed to a black one, and red dress slacks. His white, messy hair is covered by a large white hat that casts a shadow over his eyes. Black dress shoes.

Character Description: Sly and quiet; possibly knows more than he leads off in most scenarios. Major speaks with an airy, but demanding presence, and talks like he’s always out of breath. The Devil’s right hand man.
