This character is the older twin of Osamu Miya, and has a sarcastic undertone a lot of the time, yet remains confident in his speach. He also has really dark moments. In acting we call this a beat when you switch rapidly from one attitude to another. But mostly he's pretty much always smiley. Medium-Low vocal tone, but not super low.
