She probably changes into a completely different person as soon as she steps off the stage.

-Umm, hello! Rusalka!
-Rusalkaaa? Could you read these lines for us? What's the matter? You DO know this is an audition, right?
-(shocked) How'd you get in here?! (furious/tantrum yelling) Security! What happened to the security on this floor?!
-(frustrated) Stop right there, Rusalka! What's going on with you?! You keep spacing out! And put some emotion into your lines! Are you having a hard time focusing?
-Ugh.. Ten minute break!
-Okay! And that's a wrap! Time to start the rehearsal! The second round is coming up, so no slacking off!
-Rusalka! May I remind you to FOCUS!
