A quirk of his is that he tends to use quotes even when it isn’t needed. In English, this can be represented by the use of air quotes, adding something like "I'm telling you" to his sentences, or a verbal tic.
Direction: For the line "Got it, got ih-t~," the final "it" is dragged out into two syllables [ih- and -t] with a short pause in between, and the -t is pronounced rather harshly.
