An oversized humanoid robot created by Dr. Doofenshmirtz to destroy Perry the Platypus, now an unaggressive attendant to Doofenshmirtz. His speech resembles a polite, 1950s American dream husband. Craves approval from his “father” and wants to be a real boy.

Note - Norm largely a non-singing role, but he does sing a few lines in "Ya Got Evil". Sounding like Norm (robotic/1950s) is more important than hitting the notes here.
