Michael is the Music teacher at Hell High and is a very bright guy. His personality just drags everyone around him in it, except for Rin (teacher). That's because both Rin and Michael have a thing for Nora (teacher). To irritate Michael, Rin calls him Mike and Michael calls him Rinoceros for him acting tougher than he is. 

His voice should sound like your typical American Jock, and he has the matching dumb like personality.
