This is one of the characters I'm going to bash and give a beatdown for those who have read rule 2 but I'm still going to let him have his cool moments.
I'll be going with Soul Reaper instead of Shinigami due to watching the dubbed show as a kid on adult swim.
His dubbed voice is one of my favorites, but you don't have to sound like Johnny-Boy, just sound like a dude in his late teens.
