Dr. Nathaniel Essex is Victorian scientist and contemporary of famed naturalist; Charles Darwin. He is best known for his study into the Homo superior and the discovery of the Essex Gene. He's also known to clone himself and is pretty silly for a guy who calls himself Mr. Sinister. Because he has clones (two in this story) you are expected to play them too. For the voice I think a deep voice would be ideal, like Quan Chi in Mortal Kombat X. The contrast between that deep voice and the silly dialogue would be fantastic.
Stop. Before either of you says another word I want to make one thing perfectly clear.

Psst! It's me! The Sinister with the mutant gene. And if you must know, my mutant power is overthrowing tyrants and being absolutely fabulous.
I have to say, it's the drool that really brings the whole outfit together.

Quite an enchanting Mr. Sinister, I think that it's perfect and very unsettling for someone who is so evil....excellent job!
