Voice: On the higher end. Sei should sound young and a bit inexperienced and proper although her character implies she is anything but.
Summary: A Master Specialist in the Valkyrie Corps, Sei is brave, kind, soft spoken and compassionate. She thinks the best of strangers and will do anything to help others. The game hints that there is unresolved romantic tension between her and her best friend Stella Hoshii.
