Billie Phelps, a runaway you meet when you jump on the train. She wants to go to Los Angeles, California to live out her dreams of being an actress. She's understanding, kind, but she also has a sharp tongue and a quick wit.

Voice: I hear her sounding something like Toni Topaz from Riverdale. Medium-low range with a warm but snarky tone.

  • [Meeting] Hey, how's it going? [Chuckles] Relax, I'm not gonna squeal on ya. I'm not exactly a paying customer either heh. You know it's actually kinda funny. Oh, you know, that whole cliche in movies and tv where the characters stowaway in like a boxcar. it's a bit overdone yeah, but crazily enough, it works pretty well. The staff rarely ever come back here, and even if they do, you’ve got more than enough good hiding spots so chances are, they’ll never catch wise. I'm Billie by the way, Billie Phelps. Nice to meet you.

  • [Explaining where she's going] I'm aiming for Los Angeles, California. Why? Well, believe it or not, my friend, I wanna be an actress. Yeah, do movies, commercials, tv shows, all that jazz. It's something that I've wanted to do for a while now, but as bad luck would have it, acting jobs in my town are practically nonexistent. It sucks. I mean, how can I live out my dreams if I'm living in a place that won't help me achieve it? And yeah, I know there’s voice-acting, but I don’t have the cash to shell out on a fancypants microphone to do that, I mean heck, from what I was earning from my job, I could barely pay my rent. So, I packed my bags, and well, here we are.

  • [Listening to why you're running away, sympathetic]] I see. Yikes, that-that's rough. Well, good on ya for getting outta there when you did. Still, sorry you had to go through that, bud. But look, if there's anything I learned from my dad, it's that things have to get worse before they can get better. So try not to give up hope okay? I'm not giving up, and neither should you. Just think, years from now you'll look back on this day as the moment your life changed for the better. And hopefully one of my movies will be on your shelf [laughs]
