This character should sound should sound feral and voracious, but not necessarily growly and hissy, not animalistic per say. He has a higher voice than some of the other characters in DoDC, more scrawny sounding. His voice should sound dry, as if he has not had water in a long time. If it helps, imagine as to what a mummy speaking out loud would sound like.
