Strong, independent and selfless, Roshutsu makes for the perfect leader. Contrary to her sense of leadership, Roshutsu is cold and sarcastic. From her tone of voice, movement and face, she'd best be described as emotionless. Though she may seem that way, she has moments of extreme emotion, usually shown through hysterical laughter thanks to her rather peculiar sense of humor.
Roshutsu's voice is monotone, but in the case of her laughter, something high and squealy

Her name is pronounced "Ro-Shoot-so He-Toe"

  • "Please. You aren’t fooling anyone, smartass. Let the grown-ups speak."
