Eiko's dedicated wife and so supportive. She is a Scottish English teacher for Japanese students in Tokyo. Supportive and loving to Eiko in every way, she is also unaware of what's going on to start with. As the story progresses, she becomes more aware and their relationship becomes strained, not because she was lied to (though that is a catalyst) but more because Eiko is risking her life. She is slightly more mature than her wife, but also the person to be around if you really need a comforting voice or a hug.
