A young man from the the main town. He is the only friend of Draco that he has left, which is both nice and sad. Both of lucah and Draco both like to commit prank stories and cause problems, but lucah is more reserved in his actions. Suspicious of anything that is different from around them, lucah makes sure that anyone new is met with skepticism.
