-Seiji is a very pompous and rude guy. He will sneer and put sarcasm in everything just because he thinks he’s all important. Although if someone dared call him out he’ll retreat back into himself. Though in reality all Seiji wants is a friend or two because he had a very lonely childhood.
-For Seiji’s voice it should be more on the medium to a little high pitch. It needs to sound very high-strung, like he has a lot of self-importance
(annoyed) "Right and I guess you're going to ask me what my name is, where I'm from, are you single? Well knock it off, go ask one of the thousand other people who asked me."
(Overzealous to scrambling) "Oh right, but I already solved the case! Who's the culprit? Well you see it's uhm... uh... the one who... who uh.... ugh, alright I don't know, but it definitely wasn't me!"
(irritated) "Will you quit following me?! Your lost puppy act is getting old, go find someone else to bother!"
