Vermilion is the Equil who puts a bounty on the head of the player. She's the Queen of the Equilibrium, and as such, does not communicate directly with the Equils. She is, however, not afraid to beat the crap out of the player if they get that far as to fight her. Her hair, and the fire on the tip, is the source of her energy. If the fire ever goes out, think of Charmander, except without death. Just weak.
