Fou is a small, fluffy animal who mostly just says his own name. (Except for... very rare cases.) Despite this, he plays a somewhat significant role to the story, and gets a... surprising amount of character development in later singularities.

His voice should be high and cute, and shouldn't over-enunciate the "f" in his name. You can see some of his "lines" in the anime here for reference.
