Like Maxis, Juno is a hired gun for VULTURE with a real Harley Quinn type voice and tone. She is very passive aggressive and talks in an upbeat way even though she insults and makes fun of almost everyone. She is Maxi's partner and constantly tries to pick on and annoy him.
