Alphys is the Royal Scientist. He's super shy and loves to watch anime. He wants to "help" Frisk get through the Underground, but really just wants to be included in their adventure. His voice should sound stutter-y when speaking (not when singing) and kind-of nasally. Other than that interpret him however you want!
(relaxed and then panicked) "Alrighty, now- h-human! Wh-What are you doing here so early?!"
(matter-of-fact) "O-Okay, so. I’m Dr. Alphys! I’m the royal scientist. (pause) I’ve b-been watching your adventure through this screen here!"
(sheepish) "Th-That’s Magnetta. She’s a robot I built who erm.. Hunts humans."
"(relieved) O-Oh! The door unlocked! H-Human, are you- (terrified and panicked) MAGNETTA! O-Oh my God, Magnetta I- oh.. (relieved, loud) OH THANK GOD! It’s just her batteries! If you’d m-messed her up I wouldn’t… (catching himself;not lying very well) I mean.. I could just..build.. a.. a new one! ...yeah."

I love this voice! It's very fitting for the character, and the singing is great too.
I really appreciate the feedback <3, and singing the Japanese part took me an hour to get right, but I felt it was worth it in the end, because I felt it was super in character!
It was definitely worth it!
