Dr. Mario is Mario’s doppelganger. His existence is unknown. Wearing a black lab coat and with evil deeds, he fights alone. He is a selfish, ruthless mad scientist, who actually has a strange peculiar personality disorder that has some kinds of different phases.
As for his voice, he's a mad scientist, so he doesn't have a stereotypical Italian accent like Mario, and has proper English. Try to imagine a "Mad Scientist" tone. Give him a medium to medium-low pitched voice.
Mua ha ha ha ha! It is I, DR. MARIO, and I am the leader of the Temple! Also, as you can see at the bottom of my Temple, there is this beautiful, beautiful teleportation device!
It is my creation which can send people to an another dimension! If you dare come try to dethrone me, I will destroy you and will send you to a dimension where you will suffer!
