The mad hatter is a mystery character. she only appears at the end of episode 13. She appears to be a fortune-teller. she should have a medium high voice. You can also try to give her an accent but you don't have to. She should have kind of a fake enthusiasm to her voice.

“I have a lot of friends. I even have a cat friend that comes out of nowhere, leaves a smile and disappears.”
