Douglas is the leader of Twitch Town. He tries his best to lead with strength, fairness and integrity. He has a strangely giddy additude when he talks and tries to enjoy the little moments. He sees the best in people and tries to help them realise their full potential. Douglas is always firm but fair in his decisions. He loves his town and would do anything to protect it and its people. Douglas believes Mutant's are still people and accepts them in as part of the town. Twitch Town is one of the few settlements to accept Mutant's because of him.
