(possibly sarcastic, someone just said a kid was weak but said kid was running and jumping around and fighting like crazy):
Illness…? Weak…? He seemed pretty lively for that…
(stuttering, it makes a whole lot more sense in context, contradicting himself):
A.K.A: He just learned of the main character's secret identity. And he's also been bullying the main character for the past few months.
