Being the head Director of the C.R.A.N.E Agency, Director Walker is very strict but very wise at the same time. He definitely finds the Agents 13 and 17 to be loose cannons. Walker is a very secretive person as his position requires it, he is in touch with many people and favors his AI, Jixer as family.
