General Woundwort is the chief of the Efrafa warren who is a main threat to our main characters. His warren mainly consists of does as they are heavily oppressed from leaving the warren freely on their own. He also punishes those who try to escape by badly bruising or hurting them in the means to teach them a lesson.
For his voice, I would try to make him sound rather deep and intimidating with a hint of grisliness in his voice.
