A pure Psychopath, Doctor Delios is VULTURE's "Doctor" and by Doctor I mean MAD SCIENTIST, he is responsible for torturing and questioning prisoners in order to gain info in the most brutal ways. However he is a coward when he is in a situation where he has no power. Delios will easily throw anyone under the bus if it means to save his skin.
