Talo is the Captain of the Scarlet Skulls, a band of Pirates that are a constant menace to the Blood Rose Empire along with his crew Members Tia who handles breaking into the fortresses the empire has under their control and Roan.
Talo is a very skilled fighter but is a bit of a flirt when it comes to members of the opposite sex so in short he's a bit of a flirt.
Voice wise: confident, but not full of themselves to the point of being a hothead.
to those that audition for him I want you to have fun with this role.
