This is medusa. Yes, the classic greek mythology one. She'll have powerful venomous powers, and she yields a bow dripping with venom. I don't have much to say about this one, except that she is a monster, she needs to sound like so. Don't try to make her voice sound sexy, friendly or too young. She needs to be hate filled in every sentence.

For the characters with filters I'll try to download the audition and tailor the filter to the actors voice. But as you can see the filtered voice is already pretty close to our end goal (a dota-esque medusa voice)
