Bunelly for Lazuli (Glaceon, Glacy)
Lazuli's a more sensitive being, especially around others she isn't much known to, and vice versa. As the sister of Leaf the Leafeon, she shares the same parental abandonment story except in her eyes, she's got the tendency to hurt those that aren't her sister, mainly after the events of the past.
To earn Lazuli for our dub, I suggest the same vocal range that Leaf was given, (mezzo-soprano), except it meets the personality standards insisted by the character description above.
"S-Sorry, I'm in a hurry!" (It's the first time meeting up with someone you've never seen in your life, except not a very good first-time because you RAN HIM OVER. Now you honestly feel bad, but can't help him because "you're in a hurry.")
"What did you call me!?" (You've been genuinely offended and your day is ruined.)
"Shouldn't you be apologizing as well?" (In all seriousness, with no means to fight back whatsoever, unless needed.)

Ooh. 7/10. Sounds expressive, fits the situations, and feels like the Lazuli I would know. It may not be right on the spot, but the personality's definitely up there. Well, thanks. *note.*
