    (fake friendly) "Hehe! I sure am! Here, let me teach you how we do things down here."

  • (insane sounding, creepy and slightly angry) "You know what’s going on here, don’t you?"

Good voice, but not exactly what I'm looking for. Again I can hear the squeaking and your voice is a tad quiet. Maybe be louder and up the insanity in the voice?
