How did you do that effect with your voice?
After I cleaned up the track, I hit Duplicate. I pitch up the first track by 2 Semitones, and pitch down the second by -2. Then I head to Echo, and change the first option to I beliiiieeeve 0.01 and leave the second as 0.5, although I'm not entirely sure. The second option may be 0.05, or the numbers may be swapped around, I don't really remember too well.
This explains it better, I just changed 2 to 1 and 6 to 5
